SMC Health Link is an enterprise cloud-based communications platform designed specifically for San Mateo County. The solution offers secure HIPAA-compliant texting, an answering service, pager replacement, on-call schedules, and clinical integration with the EMR all within a user-friendly platform.

Note: An account on Telmediq must be enabled before accessing this application.

 <li>Reliable Messaging: Delivers time-sensitive messages through various channels, ensuring persistent and reliable delivery even in case of data connectivity issues.</li>
 <li>Directory Integration: Seamlessly deployed and managed through the organization's existing Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure.</li>
 <li>Call Center Integration: Enables messaging from existing call center software for rapid deployment with minimal workflow disruption.</li>
 <li>On Call Scheduling: Includes an advanced on-call scheduling platform with various features like escalations, shared schedules, load balancing, and real-time integration with leading scheduling platforms.</li>
 <li>Phone System Integration: Works with both SIP-based and legacy hospital phone systems, supporting a transition strategy to the SIP domain from traditional circuit switch PBX systems.</li>
 <li>Clinical Integration: Offers Patient-Centric Messaging allowing tracking of messages against patients and synchronization with the EMR.</li>
 <li>Nurse Mobility: Mobilizes nurse call systems through integration with room alarms and patient assignments, enhancing nurse mobility.</li>
